A mutual aid call went out today that included Sierra Wildlife Rescue and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to assist in capturing a buck that was entangled in an electrical hotwire fence. We responded with several others and together we were able to successfully tranquilize the buck and we removed the buck from the hotwire fence. It was a great team effort to help save this your buck so he can see another day.
